Changing your email password can help prevent spam

Today we are talking about changing your email password when you have realized that your email address has been spammed, or is sending out spam emails to your contact list. 

This just happened to me on my personal hotmail account that I have had since the 90's.  Some how they got my password and contact list and started sending spam emails to all of my contacts that looked like they were from me.  I did some quick research to find an easy solution.  What I found is that I needed to change my password for that account. (it hadn't been changed in 10 plus years) Once I did this the spamming stopped! 

For all of you out their that might be having this same problem with an email account try changing the password.  This is also something we should try with your twre.com emails that are having this problem.
